Jeanne Gugino teaches watercolor, pastel, and drawing classes at NAC. She graduated from Buffalo State College with a BS in Art Education and later studied at the Mass College of Art, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and Kaji Aso Studio Institute for the Arts. Jeanne taught in New York and Massachusetts schools before coming to the NAC. She has shown her work in Italy, Japan, the UK and the New England area. Today her work is on display at the Gallery Nature & Temptation in Boston. Jeanne works mainly with pastel, watercolor, silverpoint, and ceramics to create vibrantly colored pieces grounded in simplicity. She is also the President of the Newton Art Association.
