Presented By: Carol Blackwell
It's hard to imagine any other material or medium available to us as artists that offers the versatility and beauty of paper. It is an ancient as papyrus and as contemporary as the work of Tara Donovan. Its divesity of use is boundless; it can be torn, cut, bent, flattened, pierced, woven, crumled, stacked, marbled, written on, and sculpted. It is organic and alive; it expands and contracts. Join this workshop to explore paper's many virtues and expand your artistic horizons, We will make both two and three dimensional work using paper, just as Matisse and Donovan did. All levels welcome.Workshop is on 10/13 & 10/14
