• Download the 2008 Emergency Form
You can register by completing this form and returning
it to the office with payment by mail or in person.
Please complete one form
for each child.
• You may also Register on-line here.
To register online you will need to find the course code that
corresponds to the program you wish to enroll for. This will reserve
your child's space in the program, but you will still need
to complete an emergency form and return it to the office.
