Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
Saturday 1–5pm
Sunday 1–5 pm (during Icons + Altars only)

The New Art Center in Newton operates several galleries:

Main Gallery

Gallery Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This year, three of our Main Gallery exhibitions were awarded through the Curatorial Opportunity Program based on the quality of work submitted and the clarity, subtlety and power of the underlying concept or theme.

The Main Gallery also hosts our annual student show in early June: The Andrew and Jean Dibner Annual Student and Faculty Exhibition – The Creative Process.

Holzwasser Gallery

Holzwasser Gallery exhibitions are awarded in a juried process to faculty, staff and advanced students of the New Art Center.
